No. 17/912,821 entitled “PSILOCYBIN AND PSILOCIN CONTAINING COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USING AND MAKING THE SAME”, which is currently assigned to Orthogonal Thinker, Inc. The submission consisted of 14 prior art documents that are material to the patentability of 19 of the 20 claims of the application.

The ’821 application was filed on September 19, 2022 and claims priority to a provisional application filed on March 20, 2020. It describes a composition consisting of a combination of psilocybin and/or psilocin along with additional components including vitamins, amino acid additives, and caffeine. In addition to the composition claims, the application claims methods of creating the composition using ethanol extraction commonly utilized in the generation of psilocybin tinctures.
