No. 17/620,855 entitled “Ibogaine Formulations”, which is currently assigned to CAAMTECH, INC. The submission consisted of 10 prior art documents that are material to the patentability of all 20 claims of the application.

The '855 application was filed on June 24, 2020 and claims priority to a provisional application filed on June 24, 2019. It claims a composition consisting of a combination of multiple purified ibogaine derivatives and/or ibogaine itself. In addition to the composition, it also claims methods of using the composition to treat addiction and depression. Dosage and route of administration are also claimed.
