MADISON, WI USA (November 23, 2022) Porta Sophia filed a third party observation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) today for the international patent application PCT/CA2022/050468 entitled “Use of Psychedelics to Treat Dementia”, which is currently assigned to Mynd Life Sciences. The submission consisted of 2 prior art documents that are material to the patentability of all 12 claims of the application.

The application also claims the reduction in neuroinflammation may treat or delay dementia, including dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease.
